The goal of cracking down on criminal syndicates’ campaign that launched since 2018, is to enhance the perception of safety,happiness,sense of fulfillment from the masses.In 2018 February, Guangdong provincial party committee Li Xi in a working meeting said:”We should pursue people-centered for purpose,and spare no effort to win the battle against criminal syndicates.We’ll try our best to make sure Guangdong province is the most safest,fair place in China,and rule of law ‘s  environment  is the best.”

Nanhai district Bureau of Justice has received complaints about some illegal companies’ staff pretend to be lawyers,hand out lawyers’ business card,make false promises,overstep the approved or registered scope of business,some of them even claim people in custody can be released as long as pay some money. Those fraud and the action of forcing deal seriously disrupt legal service market order,and harm the interests of the masses and the people in custody,deteriorate public security.

The problems causes the height of leaders to take seriously.After inspection, the leaders declare those chaos should be settled.

On the morning of September 7^th,2018,Nanhai district Bureau of Justice organized 6 law firms’ 12 practicing lawyers to carry out on-site legal consultation campaign under the theme of “crack down on criminal syndicates, Criminal Defense”.

Besides legal consultation campaign,Nanhai district Bureau of Justice distributes handbills to the masses,which contain legal consultation,legal aid,report hotline numbers.Nanhai district Bureau of Justice warns the masses not to trust those fake legal staff,and not to sign contract with so-called ‘legal advice company.’

 Nanhai district Bureau of Justice will continue the campaign of against criminal syndicates,and not only crack down on criminal activities,but also propagandize the law.Nanhai district Bureau of Justice will contribute to making Guangdong province into most safest,fair place in China.
